"Norwegian Blue" is a not-so-secret code name for a group of crash test dummies, whose physiognomy and cellular structure were forever altered after an ill-fated collision witha toxic waste landfill. The four survivors emerged from the wreckage and the radioactive stew with the primitive rudiments of consciousness, a strange desire towards regressive rock tendencies and pointless weirdness the sole aim of their strange collective mind.
